Pool Openings & Closings
We provide a wide variety of services for pools inclusive of pool openings and closings, cover removals & installations, equipment start ups & shutdowns, as well as hot tub/spa startup and shutdowns.
A credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment; you will be charged the day of your service. If you prefer to pay in person, please visit our retail location in Waterdown! The technicians will arrive between 8:00am and 6:00pm the day of your booking; unfortunately, we are unable to provide specific timing. Cancellations within 48 hours of your booking date are subject to a $90 service charge. Please review our Terms and Conditions below prior to booking. Thank you!
Pool Opening
Cover removal for lock-in cover and tarp & bag: $195*

Initial vacuum (trash pump): $179*
– up to 30 minutes of large debris and leaf removal
– debris extracted through our system to road/sewer (does not use homeowner’s pump/equipment) to be booked only when the pool bottom is visible

Chemical kit: upcharge added to opening cost

Please note:
*We store your cover in a bin that you designate. It is the homeowner’s responsibility to place vinyl lock-in covers in water and algaecide throughout the pool season to protect the cover. Impeccable Pools is not liable for damage to the cover from improper storage.
*Impeccable Pools does not install drop-in stairs. Installation is the responsibility of the homeowner.
*Please ensure that the service technicians have access to a working power supply and that your water/hose is turned on. It is the homeowner’s responsibility to fill the pool to operational level following the opening service. Impeccable Pools will not power on equipment unless the water is at this level.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
*The homeowner is responsible for ensuring that the main power to the pool equipment has been shut off after closing. Impeccable Pools is not liable for damage to equipment if the homeowner fails to shut off the breaker/power source.
*Impeccable Pools is not responsible for winter covers coming out of tracks or falling away from water bags after the closing is completed.
*All plugs, gizmos and necessary accessories must be left out for our team. Replacement accessories will be supplied at an additional cost.
* Unfortunately we cannot guarantee solar winterization.
*Your pool should be free of debris and water should be properly balanced prior to the closing appointment to protect your pool surface. We highly recommend the use of our closing kit to prepare your pool for closing.
*PLEASE NOTE: the homeowner is responsible for pumping excess water off the cover during winter. Impeccable Pools is not liable to damage to pool structure or equipment due to poorly maintained water/ice levels during winter seasons.
